A-frame cabin located in Rim Forest, California, built in 1961, right off of Highway 18. The cabin is nestled near beautiful lakes, just seven minutes away from both Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory. These lakes offer fantastic opportunities for fishing, swimming, and hiking.
The cabin has been fully remodeled and features a cozy fireplace, a tranquil waterfall feature, a relaxing hot tub, a barbecue area, and a bonfire area. During the winter, the area transforms into a snowy wonderland, perfect for a winter retreat.
Conveniently, there are shopping and dining options within walking distance. The cabin is also pet-friendly and can comfortably sleep up to six guests. It’s equipped with amenities that cater to families, ensuring kids have plenty to do.
My name is Eddie Gasca, and I initially purchased this property for my family to enjoy during the summer, winter, and holidays. Over time, we've created many cherished memories here, and the place has become a special retreat for us.
